How long will it take me to meal prep?

Meal prepping can be intimidating at first, especially if you've never done it before. Timing will vary with everyone. It may take you a while in the beginning but remember practice makes perfect. Stick with it and before you know it you will be a pro!

Here are some tips Nikkiey shares:

  1. Pick 2 proteins for the week (you can even cook them at the same time)
  2. While the protein is cooking cook your carbs (rice, noodles, pasta)
  3. Get some veggies going on the stove at the same time as the rest of your foods
  4. Set aside one day a week to prep your meals
  5. If you are someone who likes your food extra fresh pick 2 days to meal prep
