Meal prepping can be intimidating at first, especially if you've never done it before. Timing will vary with everyone. It may take you a while in the beginning but remember practice makes perfect. Stick with it and before you know it you will be a pro!
Here are some tips Nikkiey shares:
- Pick 2 proteins for the week (you can even cook them at the same time)
- While the protein is cooking cook your carbs (rice, noodles, pasta)
- Get some veggies going on the stove at the same time as the rest of your foods
- Set aside one day a week to prep your meals
- If you are someone who likes your food extra fresh pick 2 days to meal prep
