I have a BIG sweet tooth, will I have to give them up with this program?

This is a great question! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! We live by IIFYM (If it fits your macros). We believe in good wholesome foods as much as possible, but that does not mean you have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. This is a lifestyle!!! You can still enjoy the foods you love without derailing your progress. As your metabolism fires up, and you move into a strength training phase, you will be incorporating even more foods and cheat meals.
