I'm afraid of following a plan and ending up hungry, will this do that to me?

The great thing about this plan is learning the benefit of increasing your calories when needed, and learning when to consume more calories within your week. You will ultimately be building a faster metabolism through our program, which in turn will help you eat more food without gaining weight. We believe in keeping MORE food, rather than LESS food to build a strong healthy metabolism.
