Pre-workout
Example 1:
-45g rolled oats
-4fl oz almond milk
*Dash of cinnamon, 1 package of stevia
With
-130 ml of egg whites cooked with cinnamon
-Add on top 50g blueberries
-20 ml sugar free syrup
Example 2:
-4 oz sweet potato (cubed and cooked in airfryer)
*top with cinnamon and paprika
With
-4 oz cooked shredded chicken
*topped with 50g pico de gallo
Example 3:
-1 whole wheat english muffin
*one topped with 20g of grape jelly, one topped with 8g of peanut butter
With
-140ml of egg whites cooked with 60g frozen pepper blend
*topped with Frank Red Hot Sauce
Post Workout
Example 1:
-40g Gerber single rice cereal
-60g blueberries
-2 scoops (46g) Orgain vanilla bean protein powder
Mix it all up with water and heat in the microwave to desired temp
Example 2:
Blend:
-150g frozen mango
-28g 1st form vegan protein powder
-2 oz egg whites
-200g pineapple
Example 3:
-8 floz unsweetened almond milk (mixed with)
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (poured over)
-30g Cinnamon Chex Rice cereal
-50g blueberries
