What is the best way to set up my daily Macros?

Tip number 1 when dialing in your macros is to do it the day before! If you fail to plan you plan to fail! 

Start with your proteins. Since proteins are usually short of other macronutrients it's the best macronutrient to plug in first. Breakup your protein throughout your day/meals. Input your proteins into MyFitnessPal for all the meals you plan to have throughout the day. Next, enter in your carbs and fats. After that, enter your pre and post workout meals, making sure you enter in enough carbs and protein around your workout, while keeping your fats low (below 8g preworkout and post workout). Last but not least, look at the day as a whole and play with portion sizes here and there until you get the desired macro numbers. Keep all macro numbers within plus or minus 5. Now, you’re set up for success tomorrow!
